When you sign in via Twitch, we collect: • Your Twitch username and profile picture • Your email address • Your Twitch user ID (to link your account) As you use the platform, we store: • Your predictions and voting history • Wallet balances and statistics (elo and Sparks) • Sparks earning and spending history • Prediction win streaks • Owned and equipped cosmetic items • Account activity timestamps We also collect anonymous usage data: • Pages visited and referrer URL • Browser type, operating system, and screen size • Country (derived from IP address — the IP itself is not stored) This data is not linked to your account and cannot identify you. Some preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

The following information is visible to other users: • Your Twitch username and avatar • Your predictions and votes on each channel • Your leaderboard rank, balance, and win statistics • Your equipped cosmetic items (name color, effects) • Your activity in the live feed Your email address is never shown publicly.

We use your information to: • Provide and operate the prediction platform • Display your profile and stats on leaderboards • Track your wallet balance and transaction history • Prevent abuse such as multi-accounting or manipulation

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking. We collect anonymous usage statistics on our own servers to understand how the platform is used. No cookies are used for this, and the data cannot identify you. We use service providers for hosting and authentication. We may share data with law enforcement only when legally required.

We protect your data with: • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic • Secure authentication via Twitch OAuth • No storage of passwords (we use Twitch login only)

We keep your account data as long as your account exists. Transaction and voting history is retained for leaderboard integrity. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information. Some anonymized data may remain in aggregate statistics.
